The bristles are very strong (almost like a plastic grill-cleaning brush) but the brush is too long and top-heavy to put in the dish-brush holder that I already have. It either falls over into the sink or leans up against the kitchen wall which will eventually cause water damage. It wouldn't be a problem if I was hanging it by its "trunk", but that's not the setup that I have.
