The physical and massage therapists I've had in the past to treat my chronic pain have told me after each session to take an epsom salt bath. REV. is a good epsom salt formula bath. I also highly recommend Bathhouse Soapery & Caldarium's mineral bath salts and lotions. Their bath salts are very relaxing. And the fragrance of their various lotions transports me to another world. Quite a few people have stopped me and asked me what I was wearing, and I told them Bathhouse Soapery & Caldarium lotion. I was introduced to Bathhouse Soapery & Caldarium's products when my sister took me to Quapaw Baths & Spa located on Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs, Arkansas as an early birthday present in 2010. I wish that Amazon sold these Bathhouse products, but you can get their products from their online website. Google their name and you will find Bathhouse Soapery & Caldarium's website. For those who can't enjoy traditional hot baths, I highly recommend using epsom lotions. I discovered epsom lotion in early 2010 when I made a trip to my local CVS Pharmacy store. The only epsom lotions I know out there in the marketplace are CVS Pharmacy Epsom Lotion and Epsom-It. I have used both brands of epsom lotions, and both provide great therapeutic benefits. I have given the CVS Pharmacy Epsom Lotions as gifts to several people last year including family, friends, co-workers, and people who were recovering from surgery, physical therapy patients, amputees, senior citizens, massage and physical therapists, etc. The majority of these gift recipients came back to me and thanked me for introducing them to epsom lotion and told me that they loved the convenience of the epsom lotion. They told me that they themselves ended up going to CVS to buy CVS Pharmacy Epsom Lotions to give to their own friends and family. Epsom lotions can be used at home and at work, and on the go! Soaking in an epsom salt hot bath is the ideal way to soothe your muscles, but epsom lotion is a great invention for people who don't have the time to take a hot bath, who have physical limitations, or who are in facilities where there's no bathtub. When you're traveling or on vacation, epsom lotion is the way to go. Trust me when I say that epsom lotion is one of the best inventions out there. Go to CVS Pharmacy or their website to buy their epsom lotion which costs only $9.99. Last year, I e-mailed CVS Pharmacy (one of the few rare times I've ever e-mailed a company) kindly requesting that they sell their epsom lotions online because it would make life easier for those individuals who can't drive, who have physical limitations, who are senior citizens, who are hospitalized or residing in nursing homes, who work in health or sports-related facilities where the epsom lotion would be beneficial for both the practitioner and the patient. CVS Pharmacy replied back to me and told me that they would soon sell the epsom lotion online. It's 2011, and CVS Pharmacy now sells their brand of epsom lotion online. Yay! I consider this a small victory, because I genuinely feel that CVS Pharmacy Epsom Lotion is an amazing product, and should be in every household because eventually there will come a time when someone will experience some physical pain. Hardly any individual is immune to this. Anyways, you can buy the other brand, Epsom-It, from Amazon or from Epsom-It websites. But both CVS Pharmacy and Epsom-It lotions are fabulous products. I bought Epsom-It body rub lotion from Amazon and wrote a detailed and I hope a helpful review for Amazon customers based on my personal experiences with epsom lotions from both the CVS Pharmacy and Epsom-It brands. Anyways, REV.'s E+ Trainer's Epsom Formula 15-Minute Muscle Soak contains no artificial ingredients, just epsom salt, eucalyptus, spearmint, geranium, and rosemary. It's a great way to unwind for the day.
