If your soap labels say Made in China then the vendor is selling extremely old stock. I called the manufacturer thinking is was counterfeit soap because it was nothing like the fresh stock and smells like cheap dollar store soap. The manufacturer's employee laughed and said he could not believe that this old soap was still being sold. However, he said it was not counterfeit, just old and with the Made in China labels. Interestingly, the labels were made in China but the soap made in the USA. Xtreme Closeouts was the vendor that sold me the old stock. Do not order from that vendor without first confirming you will be receiving fresh soap that does not say Made in China on the label.
