(More customer reviews)I am a regular user of Charlie's soap powder for washing my clothing. My problem clothes used to be my gym clothes that would develop a odor to them after a couple of months and then I used to throw them away and buy new ones. Switching to Charlie's soap powder eliminated that problem but I was still left with some residue. I have very hard water in San Diego, as I get calcium build up on my shower heads, sink, and definitely on the washer. After a few uses of this hard water formulation, all of the residue has washed away.
My only issue with Charlie's is that they switched from the canvas bags for the soap to the plastic tubs. I could reuse those bags for small items, but now I have another plastic tub that isn't good for the environment.
