(More customer reviews)"Gain with Bleach Outdoor Sunshine Scent Powder Detergent 63 Loads, 100-Ounce" works well enough as a clothing detergent. It cleans very well, even in cold water, with no detergent residue afterwards. I particularly like the fresh, pleasant floral fragrance, although the scent is rather strong; those with sensitive noses or those who don't like perfumed detergents might want to steer clear.
Certainly, at 26 cents a load (calculation based on Amazon.com's current sale price of $16.61), the price point is sweet. Also, when considering the number of washes you get out the box, the physical size and weight of Gain's container is of a far more manageable size than comparably-equipped liquid detergent packages.
In all, highly recommended.
