(More customer reviews)First of all, I would suggest not to just open a bottle and smell a product to decide if it works for you. Just like cologne, some things smell much differently after they combine with your own body chemistry.
I bought the bottle without really smelling it and I personally didn't like the smell of Boost the first time I tried it. I almost threw it away, but then my wife came home and told me how much she loved it. Every time I wore it she wanted to "eat me up" and that was enough for me to keep buying more. She still loves it after 6 months of me using it and I know some of our female friends also like the smell.
I guess it makes sense that if I went with something lemony and clean smelling I might like it more (and maybe other guys would too) - and I don't want other guys attracted to my smell, so I'll go with what my wife likes.
Boost reminds me of the smell of ground pepper, my wife says it smells like "masculine candy" - okaaaay. If it works for her that's good enough for me.
