(More customer reviews)I've seen 2 different dermatologists, and they BOTH said to use Cetaphil. Every other person I know who has had to visit a dermatologist says their doctor also recommended Cetaphil. I have a rare (and extremely severe)form of Rosacea and have tried TONS of cleansers and I have to say that this cleanser is the BEST!!! Between my medication-induced dry skin and the sub-zero Chicago winter weather, my skin takes a beating. Normally I rinse the cleanser off, but on the worst days, I wipe it off with a soft cloth. My skin is soft and supple now, whereas before, it would flake like crazy. It looked like I had severe dandruff, until you realized all the flakes on my shirt were from my face! Just stay away from the bar cleansers. They are not so good. If you have oily skin, use the liquid cleanser for normal to oily skin.
