It's been a battle over the years to find products that do not make my face feel like I just washed with battery acid. This soap, the very first time I used it, reduced the amount of redness in my skin. Then I started using it all over and it healed my skin issues with dry flaky patches and mild psoriasis. With this soap I rarely have any dry patches. I've been using this soap exclusively for about 10 years. I tried a few of the other soaps in the nubian heritage line and they were great, but nothing like the black soap. I've turned so many people onto this soap... just about to order more!
