(More customer reviews)I bought this product because it was recommended by the diet I was following. I knew I needed to add more fish oil and omegas to my diet so I thought I would try it. It tastes great and was good for me. I add it to my nonfat, plain yogurt with some fruit and it is wonderful. No fishy aftertast like I get with the fish oil tablets. I will continue to buy this product and use it daily. I have also tried the Lemon Zest Omega Swirl. Love it as well.

this is a great way for a vegan to get your omegas! I add it to a shot of juice just so the consitency doesnt bother me.
