(More customer reviews)I ordered Murphy's Squirt and Mop ready to use floor cleaner and could not wait to receive it. It was received damaged at UPS and was undeliverable. I sent 2 emails to Amazon to be forwarded to the sender and sent one email to the company itself. I am very happy to say I received a prompt email and my merchandise was shipped immediately to me. I was very satisfied with Customer Service. The product is awesome. For some reason I cannot find it in my area. It leaves a clean smell and cleans wood and vinyl floors beautifully. I will never be without this product. My brother in law always asks me how I get my kitchen floor so clean.
