(More customer reviews)I take NOW Grape Seed Extract twice a day as part of a prescribed protocol my autoimmune specialist has me on. The protocol is working, and after years of failing health, I feel like I am living again. I have been on this product for over eight months now (Apr 2011) and have not even had a cold or flu since, and my Lupus flares are much shorter in duration. I don't know how much this product contributes to my overall health, but I am so thankful to feel healthier, that its part, no matter how small, is worth the five stars.
