(More customer reviews)I've used one of these since I started using a double edge razor about 6 months ago, and it's a much needed, and helpful tool to have. For beginners, it helps with bleeders, and then as you refine your technique, it helps you realize where you are irritating your face (because it burns). I generally use mine after every shave, as it tightens up the skin, and stops any bleeding nicks that I might have.
Just based on my use so far, I'm guessing that one of these will last at least 2 years. It barely looks like it has been used, and is over 6 months old.
