(More customer reviews)These pads are basically square pieces of cloth that you fold up and tuck (top and bottom) into pockets of the holders. The holders have wings that wrap around and snap underneath your panties. Initially, I enjoyed wearing cloth much better than disposable panty liners and felt that they were more comfortable and absorbant. And I love that it's organic. Unfortunately, I found several problems with them.
First, there is nothing that holds the cloths from side to side. The absorbing cloths will bunch up to one side. Secondly, the idea of reusing the holder and just changing the pad also doesn't work because the top and bottom pockets of the holders are about an inch long, so they always get soiled. Third, the pad holders slide around in your panties. I feel the need to constantly adjust it because it's not on straight or it slid toward the back. This sliding around also increases the chances that they will get soiled or that they will soil your pants. Another problem is that the stains are harder to remove (compared to the fleece-top "all-in-ones"). Lastly, the "mini" pad isn't quite long enough to fit snugly into the holder. Mine has fallen out of the holder onto the floor several times. The worst was when it fell into the toilet, and I had to fish it out of the water!
I prefer the "all-in-one" pads (such as Fuzzi Bunz) because they don't slide around and don't stain as easily. As for these, I ended up sewing the cloth onto the holder so it wouldn't fall out and basically use it as an all-in-one.
