(More customer reviews)This balm contains olive oil (which does great things for my hair) and jojoba oil (which does great things for both my hair and skin). It does NOT contain petrolatum or mineral oil, both of which are commonly found in lip balms and are really not healthy for the lips.
I do believe Dr. Bronner's is healthy because even after it wears off, my lips seem to be in better condition. Theefore I believe some healing must take place as I am wearing it.
I admit I bought this item partly for the novelty of the lemon-lime flavor. However, I am now sold by what it does for me and I expect to be a repeat customer.

(More customer reviews)This lip balm is almost too good to be true. I didn't know that my lips could feel this good!! Wow. I bought this as a whim, and I'm so glad that I did. I've been a burt's bees junkie for almost 10 years now, and I finally stepped out of my boundaries! Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth every single penny. I got mine for $8 at a local organic store, so check at one of those first since this particular one is a little more expensive. I put it on at night, and in the morning my lips are smooth and silky! It lasts all day, although it's hard to resist the urge to reapply. If you're looking for your Holy Grail, try this lip balm, you will NOT regret it!
Ingredients: Sunnflower Oil, Shea butter, Cocoa seed butter, castor oil, olive oil, vegetable glycerides phosphate, hydrogenated vegetable oil, candilla wax, vanilla extract, camauba wax, tocopheryl acetate.

(More customer reviews)Fresh is a company I have been interested in for awhile. I first fell in love with their product line when I used the Brown Sugar Body Polish. I knew this was a product that would become a beauty staple around my house. I have since purchased several other items from Fresh, especially from their skincare, bodycare and fragrance lines. I find that Fresh Soy Formula f21c Face Cleanser is one of their best products. And the price is right, especially given the cost of some of the high quality face cleansers on the market.
This unique face cleansing gel is fabulous. The texture is somewhat unusual. It is a clear gel and feels very slippery when applied. The gel foams, ever-so-slightly, almost like a lotion, and feels great on dry skin. The face cleanser does an excellent job of removing makeup and leaving the skin soft, comfortably clean and glowing. It also tones the skin, revives the eyelid area and conditions the eyelashes in the process. What could be better? And all in one single product!
For the winter months, this is a perfect compromise between the fresh, clean feeling of a gel and the comfortable, soothing feeling of a lotion. It is my normal-to-dry skin's new favorite cleanser. Soy Face Cleanser contains rose extract, cornflower extract, glycerin, mallow extract, chamomile extract, ginseng, aloe, soybean powder, soybean protein, borage seed oil, cucumber extract, vitamin A, vitamin E and gentle cleansing agents.
I cannot recommend Fresh skin and body products enough - and the Fresh Soy Formula Face Cleanser is a winner!

Fresh Citron de Vigne Soap Review

(More customer reviews)so, I am a college student, so I normally don't spend lots of money on fancy soaps and stuff. but my mom came to visit a couple of weeks ago, and she got this for me.
I really liked the refreshing grapefruit scent, so when I got home I couldn't wait to try it. it was wrapped in really pretty paper and tied with wire and a small shiny stone. When I opened it, I realized that it wouldn't fit in my little soap-caddy-container thingy for bringing soap into the dorm shower, so I decided to slice it in half to make it fit. This was actually a considerably easier process than I had expected. With a large sharp knife, I was able to slice it in half around the perimeter without it crumbling into a zillion little soap shards like I expected it would. in fact, it didn't shatter at all, I was able to slice right through. and, true to the advertising, there really are no bubbles inside this soap, it's just one solid block.
and the half fit really well in my soap caddy, which was pretty cool.
not to mention the really rich lather the soap makes. it's very moisturizing. and the scent is very nice. it's not overwhelmingly perfumey, it's just very light and refreshing and clean. I look forward to using it every morning. so now I won't be "that girl." you know, the smelly girl that no one wants to sit next to in lecture. no one wants to be "that girl." this soap is very nice, and I recommend it.

(More customer reviews)I absolutely adore this lip balm because, besides being natural and made from non-petroleum based ingredients (who wants to ingest petroleum jelly or mineral oil?), it also works better than any other lip balm I've tried. I've put it on at night and still felt it on my lips in the morning. That's amazing, considering most products seem to need re-application every 10 minutes or so. The smell is just O.K. I acutally did find it a tad off-putting at first, but either I got used to it or the smell wore off a bit over the course of the season (it's not terribly strong to start with). It's the ginger oil - I have a bottle of ginger essential oil and it has the same slightly "off" smell. (I recently bought the lemon-lime, which has a faint but pleasant scent of fresh citrus. I'm not sure, but it doesn't seem to be quite as moisturizing? So, for now, the Orange Ginger is still my favorite.)

Fizzy Baker Cupcake Bath Bomb - Raspberries Review

(More customer reviews)The first cupcake I bought had a tough soap on top, the frosting and berries and leaf, so when the bottom disolved the top could be used just like a bar of soap. However the last one I ordered fell apart in the bath. The bottom disolved leaving only the smell of chemicles as it disolved in the water, rather quickly I might add. The top broke apart in the water making it a disaster to clean up once the water was all drained out of the bath tub. The whole cupcake lacked smell all together. Its not as pretty in real life. The frosting looks slopped on there in stead of how pretty, picture perfect, it looks in that picture. It was not even
pretty enough to display, atleast the ones I recieved.

(More customer reviews)I never liked lip balms. They are usually smelly, sticky, messy and leave that waxy feel when they dry out. This lip balm, however, is all the opposite! I love the taste and I love the smell (and I'm very sensitive to strong scents). I use it every night before I got to bed and my lips never felt better! They are so smooth now!
I also use it as a primer for matte lipsticks and it works beautifully. When I want to go natural, I apply this on my lips to get the nice glow out of it.
I cannot recommend this enough! It is one of those rare A+ products that you know you are gonna rebuy it sooner or later!

(More customer reviews)In 1999, after using Min-Wax floor stripper purchased from the hardware store, with the wrong gloves, my hands were defatted, rough to the point of almost bleeding, and very painful. The volatile organic compounds in the chemical floor stripper has caused peripheral neuropathy --nerve damage--in my fingers. There is no cure or antidote! I share this to warn you. The information on the label was inadequate and vague, at best.
Since that time, I've tried many creams to add moisture and help regain the elasticity in my skin so I could bend my fingers and use my hands.
Mode de Vie Karite One, 100% pure Shea Butter, is a very thick emollient, which softens dry skin, and may even add moisture. It's not as expensive as some people claim, because a little goes a long way. Slightly under a half teaspoon is enough to cover the skin on my 5'9" body. Before, clothing your body, be certain the cream is massaged well into your skin!
This emollient is the only product that has repeatedly worked for me! I highly recommend Mode De Vie Karite One Shea Butter (emollient) which is a solidified cake like "soap" but comes in a well-sealed plastic tub sealed for our protection. This "soap" is NOT to used with water, but as a cream.
